I placed my order it said 3 day shipping and would arrive by Monday it did not arrive till wensday wich messed up my appointment I had to get it in the shop so I had to wait another week for the next appointment and you think they would at least but a decal in the box to help advertise since I spent a good bit of money but no nothing almost everyone other company I deal with send decals and some send shirt and hat but not them so not happy with advertising and delivery
Ordered billet locking fuel cap (manufactured by DV8) and item received was not what was advertised. This looked like a returned item that was missing the actual gas cap and keys. After 2 emails and no reply, I finally called and spoke to a very helpful customer service who made amends and we worked the problem for a solution instead of the problem working us. Honestly feel the only saving grace here was customer service.
My son ordered these for his Tacoma. Very pleased.

My order came exactly when it said it would with the express 3 day shipping option, however when it arrived the box looked like it had been thrown around. One side was open enough that I could put my whole hand in. Luckily, what I was getting was soft enough to not be damaged, but if it were a different product I'd be concerned.
The grille overlay looks absolutely awesome and not a speck of chrome shows through. Took five minutes to install. If you want to get rid of chrome without the hassle of replacing the grille, this is the way to go!
I purchased the 4 inch RedRock oval straightside step bars for a brand new 2022 Tacoma. The steps arrived in 3 days and were a breeze to install. It only took about 40 minutes to complete the install and the steps are solid and look great on my red truck.

Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. Packaging to protect product was perfect. Directions were simple. You should use all 8mm bolts and washers for both sides for the pinch. The 6mm bolts(with no washers for bracket side) can pull through the brackets and steps will be no good. I got 8mm bolts for the pinch and it works great.
My extensive search of various shocks plus the tech discussions helped with my decision. The numerous reviews helped with a final decision.
