Always a great experience with Extreme Terrain. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was intact. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Was looking for a part to fix an issue with my 2019 Jeep JL Rubicon. I had previously ordered from Amazon but the part came in and wasn't correct even though it stated it was for my Jeep model. On July 31st I logged onto Extreme Terrain and quickly found my part - MotoFab Metal Sun Visor Repair Clips (18-23 Jeep Wrangler JL) Item #: J*******. I placed the order that day and it arrived just 3 days later on July 3rd. The instructions were easy to read/follow & within 10 minutes I had the part installed on my Jeep. Very happy with the item and the ease of purchase.

Shipping was quick, and the quality is good. Very satisfied.

I received the item I ordered but went to install it and discovered it just plain does not fit the JL like the site listing said it did. The package also said JK and JL on it. After finding it wasn't even close to fitting, I looked closer at photos in the listing and can see that it is designed to fit some other, older model with different bolt locations, I did a return. I was disappointed to have to go through all that hassle and then have to look elsewhere for an item on another site that would fit at the last minute. I wish someone had done due diligence and checked the fitment of the product before listing it as a JL Item. This may have been an isolated issue but it turned me off to Extreme Terrain.

Shopping no the website was easy and shipping is fast. No issues installing parts on the Jeep.

I came to this web site because it claimed to be able to deliver the products I was looking for with in days. Through the whole process the web site showed that my products would be delivered within days of my order. Some of the products I ordered came as stated by this web site, but over half of my order did not show. When I contacted this web site, they eventually told me that the products would not be delivered for another month. I understand that the products were coming straight from the supplier, but until I called them I would have never known that my products would not show for another month. The tracking portion of the web site still showed the original delivery date for those products the day I finally contacted the web site.

I was able to find a 37" Tire Cover on your site. Even ordered an open box for savings. Great product!

Overall I never had bad experiences with any of the other company extreme terrain fall under like American muscle and trucks which I have bought parts from!

Nice looking fog lights, but they did not come with any mounting hardware

Order came as stated. But before I installed I did some measurements. Two issues came up.
#1- If used the 3 inch. Extension my wife would not be able to reach the petals even with the seat all the way forward. #2- As i am using the Wrangler as a tow car behind my motor home having the seat starting 3 inch further back the Patriot Braking system will not work properly. So I will be returning the order un opened.

Extreme Terrain was wonderful quick delivery. Unfortunately the led lights on one side of the grille do not work. I need to contact customer service to see if they can replace the led lights
