The price was extremely attractive; in fact, it was much lower than I expected to pay. The site was relatively easy to navigate. Shipping charges were quite reasonable; they don't gouge on shipping to make a few extra bucks. I recommend them without any reservations.

User friendly. I just wish the shopping cart could be left open a little longer. I was working with someone on these and needed the little extra time to make sure we agreed. This is a great company to work with. Once you know your shopping cart won't save you just have everything ready to place the order. I highly recommend and the medals I ordered are fab!

I used you because of the price. When I got the proof back, I was excited to see the final product. Then yesterday, the belt arrived. Oh my goodness! I had no idea it was going to be so awesome! It is absolutely beautiful and the artwork I gave you looks flawless! The construction is high quality and the communication and delivery time were perfect. Needless to say, I am one VERY pleased customer!

Only disappointment was that I asked for the possibility of getting 6 engravings to replace on 6 trophies I had left over from last year. I was quoted the entire price of a new trophy. If it would've been even a dollar cheaper, I would have ordered them.

GREAT! Highly recommended. We use Express Medals every year for our annual Special Olympic Sports Banquet. Even on years when we are later ordering the medals and trophies, they still can deliver custom orders in time for the event.

Ordered 30 medals on Wednesday. They were received on Saturday (normal shipping). SUPER FAST! Would definitely buy from again. One medal had some minor "specs" on it, but 29/30 were perfect. Wasn't bad enough to contact company over. Very pleased overall!

I use Express Medals every year for our graduation trophies. The only thing that I am ever not happy about is the shipping price but that's my fault as I normally procrastinate. This year after a mistake was made on their end they fixed it rather quickly.

Easy to use website. But don't order using internet explorer, it doesn't work, at least mine didn't. Use a different form of ordering online. I'm super happy with the trophies. My gymnastics students are goiung to love them.

Fair prices. Reasonable Shipping Fee. Both trophies I ordered arrived with black marble bases. My request was for one black marble base trophy and one white marble base trophy. That was to differentiate between the two trophies. However, I can make do with what arrived, so it is a small thing. Correction not required or desired.

Not easy to find any information about time needed for engraving and shipping. Doesnt seem to appear till checkout. Can't tell if i would recommend or reorder a product till the first order is filled and delivered satisfactorily.

Very difficult online process. I tried for five days to place this order and it was either kicked off or changed. For instance I wanted red and black ribbons. But when I chose that on the drop down it would change it to red white and blue. Then I had to start over. Many times. Other than that, it was all great. Thanks.
