I am very pleased that the Express Medals folks gave me an extra space that I needed on my medals. That was very kind. Overall, the prices are very fair! I do think shipping could be slightly less than $8.95 for medals considering they're shipped in a flat-rate priority envelope. Overall, I am still happy that this is a US company I am supporting. Their website is better than other medal/trophy websites as well.

Easy to navigate. Ordered medals at the last minute when I found out that our school would not be providing them for the students for the last 9 weeks. Received them in days without paying an extra expedited fee.

Melanie Berman was an absolute sweetheart, she worked with me to get trophies for two different basketball teams, she assured me I would get them on time and they were delivered faster than I expected! Engraving was perfect, trophies look great, I can't wait to give them out! Thank you very much!

The only real complaint are the peanuts used in the packaging. They are hard to get rid of and they last forever in the landfills. Use paper instead. Also... Split larger shipments. One box for 13 trophies, plaque and medals is not enough. Stuff gets damaged.

Great experience! Wish there was a shipping discount for repeat orders within a month in case a student athlete was left off a list or roster for some reason and 1-5 medals needed to be ordered after the initial order. Thanks! Crazy to pay such a high price for shipping one medal.

I was very pleased. I was a little worried they would look cheap because the price was so low but not the case at all. These medals will be used at an awards ceremony in Haiti for about 80 kids who play soccer for The HOME Team. They will just love them!

At the time I was making my selection of items, it indicated that this item qualified for 'free shipping' yet the system would not allow me to proceed without selecting a shipping method. Am I being charged for shipping $8.99 (your system not clear on how this could be)

Great prices and up front service. I got everything I ordered quickly, and the engraving was all perfect as ordered. They did a nice job of confirming my order at every step. An overall excellent experience at a great price. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The rings are of better quality than we expected, but seem to run small for the sizes we chose. Very happy with the process of the order, even had someone call and verify information we left out. Got the order in a good timely manner as well.

The medals were great, I've been really happy with them for the past 3 years. I had hoped to add 2 trophies to my order this year, but was disappointed in the huge increase in shipping. I do this as a charity run, so I try to keep costs as low as possible. I decided to remove the trophies and just add different medals for the top finishers instead, it will work just fine. Thanks!

It is very easy to work through their website and to complete the order. I have been using them for the past several years. We had a small mishap this time and delivery did not make it in time for our event. If the weather is questionable I suggest you order at least 2 weeks in advance.

Always easy to find the trophies I need and when I have talked to customer service on the phone, very helpful and friendly.

I was so confident in my order I waited until the night before the event to open the box. I should not do this, but am glad that your staff remains on top of it and everything looks great.

Although there was an unidentified error when I was done filling things in that made me start over, the overall process was painless and actually rather fun. I love the level of variety and customization. The medals are beautiful quality pieces too!

Everything was great. Good turn around time and good attention to detail. The medals were of good quality but I thought the center would be more than just a sticker. They looked nice and I'm happy with them but from what I saw on the website I expected more. I still will order from you again in the future.
