Update: one of our trophies was broken in transit and one was scratched. I called, and a quick two minute phone call resulted in two, new, custom engraved trophies arriving at my door within four days. The customer service was phenomenal! I am absolutely thrilled with my experience and my cheerleaders are IN LOVE with their trophies!

Fine; website was a bit tricky to navigate on my old laptop, but got the job done. Was a bit disappointed with your meager selection of ribbons. We like to give them to all oarticipants, and I have seen some nice ones on other sites.

Some info on the site was unclear and it took me 3 trys to check out. That said, when I called customer care for clarification and assistance, they were most courteous and helpful. Delivery was swift and the products are great. All in all a good experience. I'll be back!

Paid $25, trophy seemed a little "thrown" together. Not perfectly straight, some glue or imperfections noticable. But overall, for the price and the quick shipping, it fit my needs and I'm satisfied with the purchase

The delivery is very fast and complete. Never expected the delivery to be ahead of 3 weeks in advance. The same other leading seller Trophy***** fast delivery as well but too many items are missing and I didn't make on time on our event that's why I switch to Expressmedals.com
