I like it that you try to keep prices down and have a good selection. Delivery time was good. I am VERY happy with the 3" all metal music medallions I ordered this year. Beautiful and expensive looking! I really like the teal color I chose for the lanyard/ribbons too!
Too difficult to complete the order. I actually just wanted plain (no logo) round rawhide coasters with "Alternate Facts" printed on them using PAYPAL. It took a monumental effort (over a month) for me to get it through
Just wish the engraving could be entered for each item at the time of ordering.
My shipment came early and that was good because one trophy arrived broken. The broken trophy was replaced with engraving before the date needed. You have a satisfied customer.
The web page is very easy to navigate and I like all the pictures. I have had excellent customer service in the past. Order was executed perfectly. No spelling errors. I love this company. I will order from here every time I need awards.
Need to return one cup due to an imperfection; the most expensive cup I bought (119.99) was not solidly attached to base. Quality of cups was fair. Production and shipping was very fast, and customer service very good. Am ordering from them again ;)

I received my order only to find that I had mistakenly given an incorrect spelling for the labels that go on the trophies. I called via telephone and the problem was handled promptly. They sent me new labels for the trophies; I received them a few days after calling! I am very impressed with the service I received, even after I made a mistake they helped me to quickly correct it. I would order from Express Medals again and recommend them to my colleagues, friends, and family! Great service!
There is a misspelling on my trophy. My details of the order were correct. I will wait to see how this is rectified. I have been pleased in the past...all depends on what happens with this mistake as to whether or not I use Express Medals again.

I had a very good experience and was very excited that my items arrived very quickly. I did not like how that you are supposed to submit your engraving request via email after you place your order - I guess I was afraid it wouldn't be on there or messed up, but everything came out as it was supposed to. When looking at other sites, Express Medals was more inexpensive and shipping price was so reasonable. I will come here again if I need anything like this again.
I received my order extremely fast (it was mailed the morning after I ordered!). The medals came within the 2-3 day shipping window and they are exactly as I expected. I will definitely use this site again.
