Great website. Easy to select awards and order. When they arrived, I was very pleased with the quality of both medals and ribbon. Beautifully engraving. Exactaly what I wanted. Definitely would order again.
Poor packaging resulted in 7 broken trophies. I was able to glue 4 of them back together, but need to order 3 replacements due to your ridiculous return policy of 24-48 hours.
Update: New delivery of the 3 replacements arrived intact, however; the packaging is still an issue. I requested extra packing for my shipment, but I wonder if I hadn't if the 3 items would've arrived intact. The Styrofoam that the trophies are being put into before being put in the trophy boxes is the issue. It's so thin in some areas, it doesn't even exists. You definitely need to figure out a way to cut the Styrofoam better without increasing the prices of your products significantly.
Our Little League doesn't give awards in the fall for baseball or softball. So That's why I went searching on the internet. When I found you guys, I contacted another Coach and told her of your site and she ordered as well. I did pass the word around. When I received my order I was soo excited to see how nice everything was from the Medals and the ribbon and the engraving on the back. If our Little League doesn't do anything next fall I will definitly be ordering again. Thanks soo much!
The medals were awesome. I had an engraving machine and sold it. I outsource now to a local shop. They do not have medals like the ones you all have. I will shop again. Impressed w/ product and time frame. Basketball coach was OVERJOYED w/ the award he was going to give the kids.

Please put some type of notation on your site to let folks know that they need to use any other browser other than Explorer. I had to totally resubmit all of my information onto Foxfire after having done it first on Explorer.

I've ordered from Express Medals a few times and great experience! One medal order had to be sent overnight and the others were rush as well - but received in just a few days regular mail. Couldn't have been more pleased with service when I had to contact directly. Easy to use site and great selection/ prices. Great way to end the season with medals for our little leaguers!
As a first time customer, the plaques turned out even better than I imagined they would! Even though I included explicit info for each plaque, 3 of them were incorrect when I received my order. I called, and they said they would fix immediately. They arrived the day before I needed them and looked amazing like the others. They were a HUGE hit at our end of the season basketball party, and were a perfect way to remember our season. Shipping charges were reasonable, and one of the reasons I chose to use Express Medals. We really appreciated the blank medal option, it allowed us to be able to afford high quality medals for our students by simply adding our own inserts. The shipping was so fast we were able to order more last minute.
Prices are pretty fair, and the trophies we ordered look really sharp. We went with something slightly different than the norm, but are very happy with how they turned out. And no extra charge for the engraving is awesome also.

I didn't like being forced to order on-line when I am ordering the same thing as the last several years and I even emailed last years order. I just hope you put the right insert in the medals.
Some of the ribbons for the medals came without clips, this has happened before, I recommend always throwing in a few extras for each color.
I did contact the customer service department to find out when I would receive my medals, as I was on a tight timeline. They came through a day before my deadline. Awesome experience. I will be needing medals three times a year and am looking to this company to fulfill that need for me in the future. Super Thanks!
Navigating and ordering from your website is super easy. The picture of the medal was very true to the product I received. My only complaint is that I had wanted the medals inscribed on the back, and they were not. I did receive an e-mail a few days after I received them saying they had refunded my money for the cost of inscription.
I loved the variety of medals displayed. Could an option to have the images enlarged with a magnifying glass be added to the site? Could other display options include seeing the medals attached to the variety of ribbons that you apply? Customer service, response time, and delivery were all quick, adequate, and overall wonderful!
