This house was exact as pictured on VRBO. Perfect for 3 adults. Loved shopping at the stores on Main street and was only a half hour drive to the Oxford casino.
Check in was easy and house was very clean, would definitely rent this house again.
Rental property was great! Owner and Property Manager were friendly and welcoming! We had 24 family members participate ages 1 1/2 to 75 years old (young)! We enjoyed the spacious house with the pool, jacuzzi, fishing deck and pickleball court! We will definitely be back in the next couple for years.
My wife and I stayed at this cabin for our anniversary. This is a very small cozy cabin for two people. The owner is very responsive if you have any questions.
The hot tub is the best feature for us as we spent a lot of time there. You do have to go outside and downstairs to the lower deck for the hot tub. There needs to be privacy shades added to the lower deck because people can see you from the road.
This is also the busiest dirt road I have ever stayed on! Maybe because there are other properties in the area? That being said, it's still quiet.
If you have a full-size truck you will have problems getting turned around in the small driveway and there is no way to back up from the road into the driveway due to the angle.
Nevertheless we had a great time and we would book here again if some privacy shades were added.
The house has a boating theme in its decor. The linens are of good quality. The kitchen is stocked with nice glass, dining, and cook ware. There are a good selection of games to play.
This vacation home was wonderful for 10 adults and 4 children aged 5 and under. The house was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was amazing; we enjoyed it every day!
The only recommendation is to make sure there are plenty of paper products for 10 adults. We could have used another role of paper towels and there was not enough toilet paper. There were 4 extra rolls in the master bedroom, but they were partial rolls. We had to go out and buy some.
If you love the Monterey area this place is for you. Near the 17 mi drive and close to Carmel, this home offers all the amenities. It is newly renovated and spacious. We are planning to return next year!
Enjoyable we had a great time. The location was excellent. Everything was convenient. The layout of the house was simply beautiful for us and it worked fine. We had a great time. Loved it.

House could have had more towels and dish towels, no dish rag to wash dishes. Portable mixer would of been nice, Missing a TV remote so no TV.
Traveled to visit grandkids. The house was clean and stocked with food beyond what was expected. We would definitely recommend staying here and will do so ourselves when we return.
Overall, great experience - first time using Turo. Vehicle was as advertised, clean and well maintained, our Turo host was responsive to questions. Had a rocky start finding the vehicle, but this was because I was not looking in the app, was looking at an email that I thought was the complete instructions. Also due to the confusing layout of the Orlando airport.
We had nine men gather very comfortably and enjoyably for a weekend get away. The place was incredibly clean and well-outfitted and accommodated us very well. Very nice access to the beach. Very private. Lots of local attractions close by. A perfect place. Thanks!
Our stay could not have been better. The home was well equipped and allowed us to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing week. It is located in a beautiful area and allowed us to go close by towns if we wanted or stay and just do nothing but enjoy the hot tube and the quiet. We would love to come back.
Enjoyed the home. It was a great size space for my whole family to fit and have room to relax while on vacation. I love how stocked the home was to be able to cook and prepare home made meals. Communication with owner was amazing from the start before even going on vacation! We appreciate the opportunity to enjoy your home, with our family, and plan on returning again in the future!
I had no problems renting through this service. Ive been renting cabins and home in Pinetop for the last ten years or more. This provider answered any questions I had and usually within a few minutes. The cabin was well stocked. It was a little hot, but there were fans we used and it was the 4th of July weekend and its always a little warmer!
We were basically ''feed'' to death. A fee for this, a fee for that, which was almost half of what the total nightly rate was. The worst was the one for.damage protection.which was mandatory. It should have been refunded, considering there was no damage done. The cleaning fee was high, and we were instructed to do some of the duties upon leaving that should have been the responsibility of the housekeeper. When I booked almost a year prior, I should have been diligent as to each and every thing we were being charged for, at which time we would...not...have booked. It is confusing being that this was originally through VRBO, and somehow Evolve became...involved! Due to all of this, we will no longer be using VRBO!
The communication after reservation was xlnt. I received emails immediately and there were follow up emails as well as our rental time approached. We were given site specific info early enough to allay anxiety. When we did have to contact our rental contact upon arrival an agent glitch was taken care of very quick. We were quickly notified our agent was on vacation and a substitute jumped in immediately. Our only problem was early on when we wanted to alter our reservation. The online contact system failed incredibly. After trying it several days we instead used the phone and our request was taken care of.
Upon arrival we had trouble accessing the unit. The code we were given did not work however we eventually were able to get in with a different code and some persistence.
The hot tub was not on when we arrived and was at about 65 degrees. We contacted the guest contact and asked To have someone sent out. He assured us that if we turned it on it would be ready by the next morning however it took 2 days to heat up. I insisted on having someone come and inspect the hot tub. They did not send anyone.
A couple of days later we noticed many bugs all over the floors, which my children were sleeping on. We let the guest co tact know but I went ahead and sprayed for bugs myself.
A few days later the hot tub (and pool) was moldy from stagnant water. Because no one came out to inspect it as requested no one had chlorine in the hot tub. This was then addressed by them draining the hot tub and refilling it with cold water. This then took another 2 days to heat up.
I additionally informed the guest contact about the water being awfully smelly. The shower specifically smelled like moldy water. The owner inspected the water from the outside saying he didn't notice anything. I let them know that they could have someone enter the unit to inspect the shower as it was very bad. They said someone would inspect it but I never heard anything further. The water still smells and was never addressed.
I'm extremely disappointed in the unit. It seems as though no one really cares and the guest contact didn't seem to be bothered. Evolve was also not very helpful in the matter. The unit is certainly not as pictured, especially the backyard.
This house was extremely nice, clean and even had Christmas decorations throughout. We want to return when we don't have a game to go to so we can fully enjoy the property.
This cabin was perfect! It was exactly what we needed. There were 3 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for the kids to watch movies, play games. The game room was a big hit! Perfect for our active group. The hot tub was my favorite part. The adults would make coffee in the morning and sit in the hot tub with the morning sun shining on us while the kiddos slept. They even made us breakfast one day! Kristin responded promptly with questions, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and they even had muffins and fruit for us when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!
We loved the house that we have stayed in several times before. The problem is that the service fees have become excessive; since Evolve became associated with VRBO the personal service has been reduced and the fees continue to grow, to the point it is becoming too expensive to use the service.

Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
