Easy and updated information to make our trip wonderful
Great location. Home was clean and supplied with the necessities for a comfortable stay.
We had a great stay at this condo. Everyone was comfortable and the beds are great!
My only concerns are that the bathroom sinks weren't draining well and the downstairs shower pull is difficult to use and needs an update.
There's plenty of extra pillows and blankets which was so nice and plenty of space for everyone.
You do NOT want to do business with this company. I have had my vacation rental listed with them for almost two years. My rental is owned by my IRA which means that the rental income has to be deposited in to the IRA custodian account. Evolve was able to handle this for a year and a half but now say that they can't deposit to an IRA custodian any more and are canceling my listing. Horrible, non-progressive company who cannot seem to work outside of the box in pursuit of resolution to system processing issues. HORRIBLE!

Evolve does nothing to manage the property. They don't even help if there is an issue. They take 10% from the owner's split and 10% from the tenates split. When there is an issue, they pass it back to you to deal with. You are better off renting the home directly through a VRBO or Airbnb. Don't give them your money since they don't do anything to deserve it.
Requested an early check in and the unit was not ready. Requested a key for the ski locker and never received it. The sauna downstairs did not work. This dishwasher in the unit was not attached to the counter, Nice upgraded unit and convenient to the lifts.

Working with Evolve was very easy and we were very pleased with the home. It was exactly as advertised and we totally enjoyed our week there. One issue we had that I am not sure is linked to our stay and dealings with Evolve is my identity was stolen the day after we checked out of the Laveen Village home.
I would not have thought there was a connection to Evolve or the home, but one of the actions the thief took was to open a Dave Debit MasterCard in my name. The partner bank for the Dave Debit MasterCard was Evolve Bank and Trust. Thought you might like to know this information in case there is a connection.

Finding a VRBO property in the middle of Pt Loma is fabulous. Great restaurants, marina facilities, views, ambiance,all within walking distance and only 10 minutes from the airport!
The home was very spacious for our group. The bonus/entertainment rooms downstairs were a huge plus for the 4 grandkids. The home was very well equipped from the kitchen to the linens. Would book this home again. The only negative I have- and I sure hope y'all can improve on this- the communication between the renter and you is lacking. With VRBO, Airbnb and other smaller rental companies, communication is immediate! With Evolve, that part is not good, enough so that I will try to stay clear from booking through Evolve again.

This company is horrible to work with. They canceled the stay with just a day or two notice just to spite the owner. They ruined a large family's stay for the summer. Any company that would do this is unethical. We will be sharing this with our networks far and wide. Do NOT book with this company, you will regret it.

The Evolve team has been there for us from the start-up of our STR business through our growth. The team has been knowledgeable and willing to listen to our requirements while giving us great advice and support. I would highly recommend Evolve for anyone looking to super charge their STR business!
The cabin was very comfortable and clean, it had everything I needed. My wife and I enjoyed seating outside by Firepit. The restaurants were few minutes from the cabin and other activities which it was great.
I booked a house in Toquerville UT with this company through airbnb. Due to weather, I had to change the booking. I was 3 hours late of the 48-hour period for rebooking. Because of this, they would not work with me at all. Therefore, I lost the entire amount of the reservation cost due to 3 hours! It was incredible. They wouldn't even let me rebook to any other date (I was extremely flexible on the rebooking). Nor would they refund me any portion of the cost. With so many other vacation rentals available in the area, I recommend that others go elsewhere. This company will not work with you at ALL if there is any change of plans. This was the worst customer experience I've had in a very, very long time. This company is more interested in profit than in doing the right thing with its customers.

We have used Evolve service since October of 2019. We've had customers that had party that Evolve has taken care of, Evolve has also taken great photos of our home 2x since we have updated our place. I feel Evolve tries to take care of us.
As a homeowner I have found Evolve to give excellent customer service. I am glad I cose Evolve to be my partner.

Terrible from start to finish. This is an example. I've sold this property and have let you know twice but I'm still getting things like this. If anyone asked me I will say to stay away from Evolve.

Rented a place for a week thru Evolve. ******* The Granada, Dunellon, Fl Around $2800. Pictures were decent. When we arrived the home was in a bad poor neighborhood. Entrance to home looked. Like it has not been cleaned in years. We enter the home and it smelled like old mold. To make a long story short. The furniture was very old and dingy. Linen looked like it has been there for years. Old. Pots and pans. Rusted appliances. Broken glass, Bad Bad plumbing. The home had bot been cleaned in a months. If your going to Rent. Clean the drawers, the closets, The BBQ grill. Repalce the old. Old. Pillows. Get decent sheets and towels. This lady is a slumlord. Do not rent thru Evolve and VRBO for this. Property.
Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
