The casita seems new with very high ceilings, giving it a very spacious feel. It was quite comfortable. The hosts live 50 yards away, so are very accessible and are responsive. We'd definitely stay again.
I just had a question about a guest and if I could block someone or not. My question was answered quickly. So far, my interactions with communications like this have been answered quickly. I'm happy about that.
We are so glad we decided to go with Evolve. We receive so many more bookings and they support us as owners 100%! We receive immediate attention whenever we call. Evolve has also provided a fair solution to us as owners as well as to our guests. Not an easy task! Thank you!
It was a very relaxing and comfortable experience for our first stay on the big island of Hawaii. The home was located in a slightly remote area but was centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. We had use of the whole house.not just a bedroom or two. The home was a 3 bdrm 2 ba, clean and with helpful notes posted about and a nice view of the ocean from a large porch area with a breakfast nook and a BBQ, which we used several times during our stay. The home was clean and we treated it as our "Second home", and already are planning a trip back next year. The hosts were very helpful and the check-in and checkout process was very easy.Overall this was so much better than a hotel.
I consider that the management of my property has been excellent, I have a secretary who is in charge of reservations, reminding me that they are about to enter and when they leave she sends me my payment in a timely manner and reminds me of the tax obligations I have.
She also reminds me that I have to keep my property in excellent condition for the satisfaction of my clients and she gives me advice on how to keep them happier.
I have asked for specific details to accomplished like emails addresses and they have done what they wanted not what I asked for. So, they lost business due to poor performance like this.
The house is very Clean. Fan in each bedroom and living room. Lot of TV channels. Easy to use. Cable TV requires the app on the living room TV. Lot of Internet Channels.
This house is close to the lake. You can walk or drive to the beach. Lots to do in AZLE.
The Staff was very helpful in retrieving left behind items.
Extremely high marks on communication, from payment schedule to location directions, directions to enter the home, where all the important information about the home was located, extremely good directions on closing the property and very easy. We did not have to most of the work for the cleaning crew.
My property is in a rural neighborhood and I didn't think that I would have a lot of occupancy but I have been pleasantly surprised! I have had about two weeks of occupancy each month. I am very pleased with Evolve.
Our stay in Wyoming was exactly as it was listed. Beautiful view of the Big Horn basin and lots of wild life. We knew we would be in the country, expected bad internet and to our surprise we had GREAT service. The bedding and linens were amazing, we were very comfortable. It was an extremely hot week to be there and the AC kept up. Our kids came out the 2nd week and we all had a great time exploring Shell Canyon, Yellowstone, Big Horns and spending time with our family that live in Basin. Very quiet, remote and if you are looking for down time this cozy cabin is great!
I booked a house on VRBO. The next thing I knew, I was involved with Evolve. I was told I had to make payment to them, not through VRBO. I was told I had to create and account with them which I did not want to do. I thought it might be a scam at first. I spent some time making sure it was legit. It cost me hours of my time to get the payment made without creating an account. It created a lot of anxiety worrying if Evolve was legit and if I would have a place to stay when I got to my destination. What's the purpose?
We rented 6619 W 26th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO through Evolve. They took our deposit on 1/21/23 and then our final payment on 4/30/23. Last night, 5/5/23 at 8 pm, they phoned and cancelled the month reservation, which was to start on 5/14/23. The representative, Courtney, simply said the owners cancelled the reservation. She recommended another home. As it turns out, bookings.com would have accepted my payment but luckily I double checked on VRBO, only to learn this house was actually not available. STAY AWAY from 6619@ 26th Ave, Wheat Ridge and Evolve!

The search for the property was extremely easy and the property was exactly like described.
In town breifly to see family. Second time staying there as it is close to family and friends. Perfect location and excellent accommodations.

Our cabin had some damage to the tub/shower unit. I immediately reached out to the claims division, and filed my claim. David handled the claim with great knowledge and expertise and with quick turn around.
I rented a house through Evolve (via VRBO) and upon arrival, found the house infested with fleas. I spoke with the local property manager (as directed by Evolve) and the property manager tried to treat it but was unable to get the infestation removed quickly. She agreed that we should not stay there and should be refunded, but told me I had to work with Evolve because they managed the rental. I contacted Evolve five times and have not received a response or a refund. The $5000 property was disgusting and Evolve's customer service is non-existent. I do not recommend, and also advise people to be careful when booking via VRBO, to be sure they aren't a front for Evolve.

This business is a ridiculous cookie-cutter, policy not people company. They claim to have your home booked as much as possible, but if quantity over quality is important to you, then they will rake your property over the coals. They booked my property for half of what I could rent it, then they booked it for max people for the lowest rate.
Yes, they can rent your place for less than motels rent their rooms. If you value your property, manage it yourself. If you want complete hands off and watch your property used and lose value, Evolve will help you lose.

Answer: Avoid Evolve it will be a major mistake listing your property with them. The client support is all flash with no substance. The owner protection insurance is a scam! The listing description was never correct, my Financial lost was over $6000 due to guest damages that were supposedly covered. The corporate infrastructure is amateurish and segmented without leadership.
