I need to return the item I purchased because it is way too small; the size is not comparable to other items frm different manufacturers. How should I do this? Do I call the 1-800 number?

Everything was super easy to find. Great number of products to choose form. Ordered a snowboard and bindings and the estimated time for shipping was about 7-10 days but it came in 2 days. YES 2 DAYS!

I've purchased from here before. Just couldn't get the size right last couple of times around. Purchased the Dalbello Mantis these run about a size too small.

Everything was easy and fast. Only thing I didn't like was the packing of the snowboard I wish there was more protection but the board was not damaged and came in prefect condition.

Shipping was pretty steep if not purchasing enough for free shipping during a promo. Was about $22 ship a snowboard bag, so probably would only come back if another free shipping promo was going on.

Great deal on the skis, free ground shipping arrived on the NLT day. Best to use when you are not in a hurry. Skis and bindings are great and I am excited to put them to use.

The only thing that wasn't crystal clear was an account name. I gave a password, but can only assume the name on the account. Next time I tried to sign in, the account was unrecognized. No Fun.

I drove to the store in Portland to get the tape. But there nobody could find it. Please mark it right in the online store. Eather it's available or not...

I really liked it, but I wish that it clearly showed the length of my snowboard in the cart! I was very nervous I ordered the wrong one until after I placed my order.

The only problem I had was it was unclear if this was a mens or womens or kids jackt because it was so cheap. Turns out it was a men's jacket as I wanted and just a really great deal!

The only issue is about the shipping price. The same day I made the order, I made another with VonZipper, in both cases I picked the same shipping method (3 day). The cost in EVO was about 12 US$ and in Vonzipper just 2US$, and they delivered the package 1 day before than yours.

I'm already working on a return. The item shown on your web site was not the item that was shipped. The web site showed the snowboard I ordered as red and it was, in fact, green.

Like that EVO is a big merchandiser with a great easy to use website and that you are in physical market areas I am very familiar with. Portland and Colorado.
