The only problem that I have is that the clothing sizes in USA are different to the sizes in Australia. I normally wear a medium in Aus clothing size, where I found out once received my order, I should have ordered a small in USA size. Due to shiping costs from USA to Australia being so expensive, Ive had to keep the stock as it is too expensive to send goods back and forth and decided to reorder the correct size as an extra cost.

Love evo

Love evo. Love the board. That continuous rocker shoots me out to the flats even on a 75ft rope! Love this board. It's so awesome. Now I gotta buy a 3 stage so that I can have a choice on my rack

Overall, decent service for the price

Overall, decent service for the price. I only had a few issues

1.) Although I ordered everything at the same time, the gloves and ski socks I ordered arrived a few days earlier than the ski poles. The gloves and socks arrived on a week day, the ski poles arrived the following week.

2.) When the ski poles arrived, the long narrow box they were shipped in was ripped completely in half like a hinge so the inside contents could be removed. The ski poles and the shipping paper were still there so nothing was stolen. However, the box was ripped into two parts and sat on my porch like that for a few hours to 1/2 a day until I returned home from work. It was very concerning because it is an invasion of privacy during shipping and someone could have stolen the product at any time.

3.) According to the EVO ski pole size chart, I selected the correct size ski poles for my height. The hight suggested for those poles covers a range of 3 inches, and, I am in the middle of that height range. So, the poles should have fit fine. However, the poles that arrived have a very large hand grip, There is a lower section for the hand grip that I can hold well but the upper section, a part that includes a ridge/groove for the thumb, is to far away for my hand. But, I guess the size chart is just a rough guide and for a price of $30.00 I guess I can not really complain.

Phillip and Zeb at the Seattle Store in the Technician dept. provide great advice on accessories to help the " Do it your selfer wax guy " Stop using that old iron from Grandna and get a temperature correct ski waxing specific wax iron from Swix or other brands.
I dont think I am the only one having done this gaper task with old HOT iron.

The only thing that was vague was how built the bike would be. I knew the wheels and handlebar had to go on, but didn't know the derailleur also needed to be put on.
