Web site easy to navigate. Descriptions easy to find and well laid out. Available colors display very handy. Only issue was that purchase confirmation email apparently ended up in my spam bucket so I had to request a second to verify order was actually in process.

Easy and quick
I ordered Flow snowboard bindings for a new Arbor. The price was the best I could find for identical bindings. The order was handled promptly and arrived when it was supposed to. The only minor issue was that the mounting screws were too short for my Arbor board. I called their customer service and was able to talk to a real person immediately. The person I spoke to was polite and eager to help with the issue. She contacted Flow promptly to resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the service I have received thus far.
