I just ordered Line Mastermind skis, with Atomic Bindings, and Dalbello boots. They shipped the very next day and half way through I lost my tracking numbers and contacted Evo.com. They replied within minutes and were very helpful. I love evo! You guys are the best! I received everything I ordered in amazing conditions and I'm just thrilled. Thanks guys!

The skis are amazing and came in record time. Shopping online from evo was easy and I got a great deal on these skis. The only issue I have is with UPS. I have never experienced worse customer service from any company. UPS left the skis at the main door of our condo building, even though we were not home. They contacted my husband and made arrangements to leave the skis with the nearest UPS Store. I drove to the UPS store right away and was told that they were left at the main door of our building. Of course I was a bit panicked to think that they were left where anyone might just take them, but luckily they were there when I got home. I think if evo continues to use UPS it might be wise to require a signature upon delivery, otherwise, as UPS explained to me, they are not liable if they leave a package at the address and it doesn't happen to be there when the recipient gets home.
