Everything was A+ except the shipping fee and delivery time. The shipping was a bit high compared to other websites. And the delivery took bit too long especially for the price of shipping.

I received the board I ordered in a pleasantly short time frame. Service was great. The only issue I had is the board I received had totally different graphics than the one I ordered.

One of my clips to pull the drawstring tight on my bindings broke on first use. I only have one arm so I have to use my teeth so maybe that's why it broke.

Almost perfect but was disappointed I was unable to use the 'new user 20% off' coupon code on the boots I purchased. Then immediately after I purchased the boots they went on sale.

Everything went well with ordering but the product was so large I had to return the product. I used the provided body measurements but I was swimming in the ski pants.

Thanks for paying for the shipping not required as I do not think the shipping was your issue but was the carrier you use.

They actually shipped the wrong color helmet. However, I actually prefer the color they shipped me rather than the color I had initially chose. So in a way, they might know me better than I do.

The jacket and the pants fits really nice. The red jacket will help him stand out so we can spot him easily on the slopes. My son can't wait to go snowboarding this year

Love this site. The only thing was that the box my board was delivered in was a little messed up when it was delivered. The board was in good shape I just had to open the box to make sure.
