I had to exchange the clothing items for a larger size. I wish there was a different way to exchange those other than having to re-order those items and pay again for them.

The process of glancing at products and then placing the order was easy and not stressful. The delivery time was excellent. Products are quality name brands that are ordered over and over again.

What I got from them was great and the price was awesome. The only thing is that the shipping was a day late but I imagine that it was the post office's fault.

Product came in a timely manner and in relatively good condition. The box with the bonus lenses was a bit beat up but product was unharmed. I am pleased with the product overall.
