Shipping was good but delivered item had a bit of damage. Since it is a used item, maybe this is normal but the scratch was bit deeper than I expected.

I have the Gore-Tex snowboarding gloves. I had pulled the gloves fingers inside out and now i'm not able to get them back in all the way so these are replacements.

I have bought several things from EVO and have had nothing but good service. Even when a wakeboard came missing a fin it was shipped to me overnight when i called.

If you could provide cheaper delivery options I would buy more items from your store - i'd prefer to wait longer for my items and pay less for delivery than pay $** for fast delivery.

Overall experience was good. Products delivered on time. Tapped holes in K2 Raygun had some epoxy in them that was a pain to clean out. Other than that it was great.

Found the ski I was looking for, which is great. Hope the price match guarantee works: submitted price match form, as I found the same item on another site later

Everything worked orderly. I was out to sea and purchased items online off Evo and they were at the house by the time I got home. Everything was on time.

I was purchasing my first pair of ski boots which was a daunting experience alone, byt the EVO site had lots of info in helping select size, fit, etc...

Smoking deal on boots. Boots may be a bit big though. Didn't follow evos sizing guide and went a size lower than what they recommended and it was still to big

Second time I have ordered from your site. I like the selection, so many things it is hard to go through it all! But great store for all your snowboard needs.

My order did not ship together and I did not receive separate shipping/tracking emails- this was confusing and irritating. I had to call to find out where my items were.

I really like the PayPal option in the checkout, really easy! I wish the evo site was more mobile friendly though I still got everything to work after some extra work of zooming in a lot.

Great jacket but the color was a darker than in the photo, still loved it, but they should update the photo to show the true color, it's more of a dark brown

Endless do loop on shipping address v. Billing address. Your system only allows me to list shipping address. My shipping and billing addresses are not the same...

Did not receive the correct color gloves the I ordered. Ordered yellow and got hash, but I like the color so decided to keep and not say anything. Overall pleased with order.
