My skis came quicker than expected, three whole days earlier than I expected so huge props to Evo and FedEx for that. Everything looked good and nothing was damaged! Love these skis too.
Got the skis a few days ago for my kids, got some older model skis everything looks good on them. Happy with the purchase.

For some reason I did not receive my confirmation email for my order. (We think it was the browser I was using) When I realized this several days later I called, the young woman was very responsive, friendly and professional. I had my email and shipping confirmation in a few seconds. Also my order had gone on sale after I ordered so she refunded the difference no questions asked, it was a good experience will definitely shop with Eco again so glad I found them.

I had issues with ski boots. Evo accepted them back with full refund. I did have to contact several people because at first I was told they could not be returned. So, if you get someone that says no, hang up and call again. Evo has the best prices and now I feel better about being able to return items.
Purchased a new Santa Cruz mtn bike earlier this summer. Took it in for 90 day (free) tune up after Christmas. Obviously late. No worries. Dani (sp?) in the shop (Salt Lake) was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.

I recently shopped at evo.com and had a great experience overall. They offer a fantastic selection of outdoor gear and apparel, and I found exactly what I needed for my upcoming ski trip. The website is easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were spot-on. My order arrived on time and everything was in perfect condition. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because I had a bit of trouble with customer service response time. But overall, I'm quite satisfied and will definitely shop here again!
evo.com's data breach cost me a lot of time and caused much stress as I had to contest unauthorized charges, re-work my billing and order a new credit card. Their only notification was a snail mail letter -- no email, no phone call and no compensation. Evo is also slow to ship orders and slow to process refunds, seemingly using their customer's money to fund their working capital. I will note that the customer reps are helpful advising on purchases, and seem genuinely interested in the customer experience. If not for that, evo would have received 1 star.
I ordered goggle and they got shipped out then never arrived and when I looked they had gotten sent back to the facility. I then got an email saying they had arrived even though they were still at the facility and I got no refund.
I ordered a k2 156cm snowboard and union bindings. The first package had the tape ripped open. Second package was delivered at my neighbors house. Wasn't too impressed.
I found a deal for a pair of ski bibs and purchased them. After a few days, Evo emailed saying they could not honor the purchase due to a pricing error. Will not be shopping here again.
When placing an order and shopping, if the order is canceled, it will affect the mood of shopping and lead to the unwillingness to buy goods in the future.
I bought a ski helmet online, it did not fit. I brought it back to the Denver store with the intention of buying something in store. I have never been in an evo store. I walked in with my big shipping box, walked to a "last chance" section that had some helmets, looked around there for about 5'minutes, then saw the wall of helmets across the store. There were plenty of employees clustered around the registers, talking to each other, that I walked past on my way to the helmets - still carrying my big box. I didn't feel comfortable interrupting any conversations. I couldn't figure out if the wall of helmets was the only inventory or if it was like a shoe store where you have to ask for your size so I went up to the registers to get help. Someone asked if I had a return, I said yes, they quickly pointed me to a register, the man at the register didn't ask me anything, he just opened the box, scanned the bar code, said "that's going back on your credit card", and went back to what he was doing. NO ONE GREETED ME OR ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP. At a bare minimum, you would think that a return would be the perfect opportunity to say, "Can we help you find something that works for you?". I bought a helmet elsewhere and am still a bit incensed about my experience at the store.
