They say it's in stock take your money and then do not deliver. You have to inquire through their cust care to get your money back. No regard for their customers. Sleazy company
They show that they have it boxed and ready to ship a week later but when you get thru to them they admit they don't have the product

Could not find this produce anywhere until I stumbled upon eVitamins web site. I left a message being I ordered on a holiday to verify it was in stock. Promptly received a professional and friendly call back next business day to tell me it was ready to ship. Awesome customer service! Thank you!

The orwer maee on sept 23 was jota delivered and the refund was never sent back. They don't answer email neither call.
Bad reputation damage all online vendor.

This website run by incompetent staff that has can't do attitude. EVitamins offers free shipping with $49.00 purchase and they have a $10.00 coupon that applies to your purchase. I tried to order vitamins that totalled $58.64 and then applied $10.00 which bought the total to $48.64 and the I was charged almost $9.00 for shipping. I called the eVatiman and left a message. Some idiot called me back and I told him what had transpired when I tried to order free shipping. This incompetent person have no customer service standards and would not allow me for free shipping even my purchase was ove $49.00. Buyers stay away from this Ripoff company.

I was instructed to order Theracran One made by Theralogix by my Urologist. I was very happy to find a great deal on a high quality product! Free and timely shipping! I ordered other supplements from Theralogix brand through this website. I Will continue to be a customer- thank you for a great product and tracking of the shipment as well!

I like this one I ordered a few items for my health and the delivery was Pretty fast I have No Complaints so I will order from them again and the same items too I recommend them and their prices are Good

After paying in full on my first (and only!) purchase, I received a mail from them saying they will be deducting 2 additional small nominal fees to verify whether I exist! Surely the first transaction and the approval thereof was sufficient enough? I recall the mail being something along the lines of; if I don't hear from you your order will be cancelled (zero mention of a refund). I of course begged and pleaded that they not cancel my order, and sent them the proof of the additional funds deducted (not once did they ever offer to refund me on these or deduct it from my initial purchase amount!) but now, 3 weeks later, no product, no response and a very pissed off customer! Really poor customer service and I highly suggest you pay the few dollars extra off a more reputable site so that you actually get what you pay for.

They will take your money and make you wait for months, customer service never answers you emails to cancel. It is a nightmare of a company! Stay away!

I like ordering my favorite moisturizing lotion and supplements from eVitamins. The products arrive quickly. The orders are correct. And the customer service is excellent! You cannot go wrong placing an order with them!

I purchased a product from eVitamins.com and had it shipped to Saudi Arabia. However, the package took so long. After contacting their customer service, they thought it was lost in transit due to logistics being affected by the COVID-19 and issued me a full refund with all kind of apologies. I was surprised to receive the package after a while. I informed them and offered to pay again for it but they were kind again by having me have it without a cost to myself because it arrived late! This is how much they care! I loved the store and I will order from it again.

This means a LOT these days, but this company has always been fast at processing orders and getting them to you. I'm never disappointed in the product(s) or the service. I've been ordering from eVitamins for YEARS, and will continue to do so <3
