Where to start... dont waste your money. After just 2 months of average use, the buttons started going to hell. My B button doesnt work at all, along with the A button. I can tell X and Y are soon to follow. The bumpers on the top get stuck, the controller DRAINS batteries like nothing ive ever encountered. The left analog stick (which i paid an extra $75 for) snapped off at the bottom and is now sharp and half of an analog stick. Again, this is average use over a short period of time. DO not waste your money. Excels in performance YES! The durability is absolutely unacceptable, however, given the price. STAY AWAY. (XBOX)
Got 2 controllers both of them with bugs already when I received them. Sent one back, they fixed it. Now its bugging again. Poor quality.

My controller came in faster then it said it was so that was nice and since I've gotten it so far it's been working great but I've only had it for about a month now so hopefully it keeps working this great!

These guys are the best and were very helpful! I was a little confused at first when I got my controller, but after I called them and played with the controller for a few hours it all began to make sense. It looked so incredible I had to use it right away, but I didn't know how. Once I spoke to Josh over the phone he helped me out sooooo much!

The controller did not hold up very well and buttons on it keep going out. The analogs started to drift way faster than any other controller I've ever used as well. Also, your websites programming is very faulty. Clicking more info on certain parts of the page will open in the same window, instead of a new tab. This wouldn't be a big deal, but doing so will erase all your selected options. Another fault with the create feature is that it will either sometimes not reload at all and get stuck on a loading gif, or the price will freeze after reloading and wont reflect price changes after additional options are selected. Having to refresh the page over a dozen times isn't the end of the world, but it is slightly annoying. Furthermore, lack of a functioning website does raise the question of whether or not your product has more care and testing put into it then the website does.

Everything was good just when making a custom Xbox controller website had really hard time loading up. Controller works good but I feel like some options are over priced for what they actually do. Would be better if you could add the round D-Pad like the elite controller also.

J'ai passer une commande sur se site il y a plusieurs mois de cela, et non seulement je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande 60€, mais en plus le site ne veut même plus me répondre à mes mails. Donc le conseil que je peux donner à toute personnes sceptiques d'acheter un produits sur leurs site. Ne le faite pas, personnellement j'appelle sa des voleurs.
The site is really easy to use. Apart from products, they also offer gift cards. I used one and it was a big surprise to my friend who enjoys playing computer games as well as I do.

I ordered my $287 and not only did it take 3 months to arrive but i shipped here with stick drift in the controller & i didn't even relieve a email saying my controller arrived. So i tried to return it first day and they said i couldn't cause of covid and the weekend. Recently R2 stopped working and my back stopped working.
Customer Service was excellent, the gentleman answered all my questions with expertise. Proceeded with purchase. Bought a controller from EvilControllers years ago back when MW2 first came out, had an amazing experience with them. Looking forward to receiving my updated controller years later and glad to see EvilControllers is still around.

Thank u look forward to gaming with evil. I just got a simple custom controller to try EVIL out. After getting my modded controller look forward to ordering another controller with more customization real soon. Though it took lil over 4 weeks to get, i get it, the pandemic is messing everything up. Look forward to future business with reliable custom controllers.
Fast and easy but when I had a question I emailed and every time it said that they were closed and to try again later. But great product decent prices so no complaints
