Wasn't very impressed, didn't get any extra foam paddles didn't get a case and the paddle was just okay

After a month of use I have to say this is the best controller I've ever used especially with the digital triggers and 2 back buttons.

Although the controller is well made, I believe testing should be done to make sure the controllers are in working order, especially when for international orders. The controller I purchased as an issue with headphones not working with it.

The controller is great but paying for the express shipping and being on top of the list is a waste of money. Didn't show up any faster. Besides that the controller is great.

Does everything that I was expecting. Very good product.

I bought a controller and absolutely loved it, had it like 6 months and had a button go out. (Played a new game and it used a weird button that other games don't use) so when I needed to actually use to throw a grenade or zoom in it would cut out long story short I contacted them and I was still under warranty so they took care of everything and contacted me back within 2 or 3 days and loved the customer service. Took a total of 2 weeks and my controller was back like new. Will continue to buy controllers from Evil.

My controller lasted less than a year before a sensor started going bad. Smooth transition moving left on my right joystick but when moving right, it jerked to the left repeatedly. Not a smooth stick drift motion at all which is what they said it was. I emailed the company and they said it wouldn't be covered under warranty stating it was a moving part but I could pay an additional $80 plus shipping and they would swap my circuit board which they said would fix the issue. I didn't realize a circuit board was a moving part. So after spending close to $200 on the controller, you are much better off going with a reputable brand like Scuff. Just to add to a back story, my stock Xbox One controller lasted me over 5 years before it broke. (Right bumper completely fell out) I will definitely not be a returning customer.

This is the best experience I've ever had with ordering online! My father is an avid gamer and he was recently diagnosed with ALS and had lost all mobility in his right hand (not his dominant hand), so he can't play with normal remotes. I did some research on remotes for him and found EvilControllers. They're customer service helped me decide the best remote for him and features. It was perfect. When I gave it to him he was so happy. He thought he would never get to play games again. Now he can play all his favourite games still! Thank you!

Received my controller after a month wait and was broken out of the box. Returned it and the replacement came in a small box with no case (as promised) no paperwork, stickers, etc. as well as the replacement had wrong thumb sticks and no red home button.

I assumed I'd receive button paddles with the product but I did not. Just buttons

I bought 4 controllers. 3 arrived fully functional, 1 did not. Broken right thumbs tick, emailed support, got a request to make video, I responded I will not and requested for instructions. I bought my 4th and last controller. I love the product but no longer care for a replacement. Just my 2 cents and farewell. Moving on to anything else with a return policy for people with no time to go to ship back. Hope you guys read and learn.

I game but I am not a gamer. So, I am ordering this for someone who was a gamer but is now partially disabled and can't fully express what their needs are for gaming. The gaming lingo was confusing at times. There aren't enough pictures clearing showing what a mod or enhancement looks like (videos would be SOOO cool!). I ended up ordering basically a full package because I had no idea what was actually needed. The FAQs did not mention how long it would generally take to just fulfill the order. My order took over 6 weeks just to ship. I checked with customer service after 4 weeks and it still took 2 more weeks for my order to ship after the rep advised. If I had known, I would have selected standard shipping instead of expedited.

I ordered this controller from America it did take time but it was worth it.
