Really good hopefully I love the controller be first time trying but I have faith

The product is over priced to be honest.
The quality is okay but it should be better

I always use this controller for apex or any other 3rd or 1st person shooters game, and so far its a huge difference. Back button feel more better then a scuf controller they don't feel cheap either.

So the website was great, easy to use and understand. Ordering was very simple. Price was a little higher than I would prefer. Wait time for delivery was awesome, as it came came early. But my confusion was from the button combos to be pushed to program the mods on the controller, I have had it for over a month and still haven't used it because I must have pushed something wrong, after I pushed what I thought would turn on the mods that I had just programmed, it locked up. And now my triggers don't do anything at all. I've tried to reset it, but that didn't work. I haven't called it in because I think it might just be operator error.

I enjoy my one handed controller. The thumbstick extension is great because I can use my feet for movement. Although this doesn't allow for the precision that's required for online games like COD, it's definitely viable for offline FPS games like Borderlands 3, so I can still game with the homies.

It really good but in some games it doesn't want to vibrate but im used to it now i like it

I got this as a birthday gift for my bf and he loved it! He is obsessed with the Master Mod! I just wished I could write more texts on the controller and anywhere I wanted since the options were very limited.

I ordered my first modded controller for CoD and Div2. I waited 3 weeks for my controller to be built with a skin, a rapid fire mod, and tactile triggers. 2 weeks after I got it the left trigger died. Then had to wait 3 more weeks for the controller to get repaired. It was a major let down

The controller started drifting in less than a week.

Great product! I felt the price was a little steep considering what I got.

I though that I would be able to re-map controls with the controller completely. I can duplicate controls to the extra buttons but it does not un-map/re-map the control I wish to move. I was hoping to move the push down on the right joystick to a extra button and eliminate the function on the right joystick.

Product works great just between USA to Canadian pricey. If I could of found a Canadian site for the parts I would of.

I had a custom-made controller took a while to get here on first use the left joystick broke. I contacted support and after a month was told to send it back and they will fix it another month goes by I finally get it back and the problem is still there I contacted them again and just ask for a refund and was denied that and told just send the controller back one more time and they will make sure that everything is replaced new. Two more months of waiting finally I message them asking where the heck the controller is and they say it was delivered when it definitely wasn't. Saying that it must have been stolen when I had did all my Christmas shopping through Amazon and never once have had a package come up missing even received multiple packages that day it was supposedly delivered. Now they are telling me that there's nothing that they can do can you contact local law enforcement. If you get in contact with a guy named Jacob he has absolutely no help. This is ridiculous being robbed by this company that has no interest in making right for their wrongs. Truly disgusted the one time I decide to do something for myself and I picked this company and very poor customer service and faulty product. I have requested a manager and have been related messages from them instead of being in contact with the manager myself. I will be trying to find out further on how to get my money back. Very disgusted this company used to be better

Love the Xbox X controller and the paddle are way better than the Xbox elite series 2 & it lasts longer than the elite series 2

Came back with a solid controller. Probably one of the best controllers I own. But I really wish Evil had the option to create a mechanical d-pad. For a lot of competition controllers, that's a must have
