Not the quality I expected, after owning scuff controllers I thought I would try something new. Wish I would have stayed with scuff. Buttons don't always register, headphone jack is loose, and thumb sticks have a grinding feel.

I ordered a series x controller and received it fairly quickly. However, upon attempting to use the controller it was quickly established that there were some issues. I contacted customer support and they troubleshot it with me and ultimately determined that I would need to send the controller in for a technician to look at and correct the issues. (So far so good) the customer support rep emailed me stating I would receive a return shipping label via email. Then the problems started, I never received any shipping label and when I email the support address I never get a reply. I've tried texting the support number and opening a follow up support case…. No response from them.

It's sucks, I really was looking forward to using my custom 260+ dollar controller.

They finally messaged me back about the status and mentioned that I didn't purchase rushed assembly… but I purchased premium shipping for $40 extra 7 days ago which they say is (Processing & Delivery 2-4 days) Why the h*ll is it still processing?… assembly is apart of processing the order! Should've just got the free shipping if I knew I was going to have to wait the full time. So annoying why is it 7 days waiting for something you've been making for 15+ years? Didnt even start making my controller yet! If you have a option to speed up the process then speed it up or take that option off of your site because its going to piss alot of people off who spent the extra money! More people will leave bad reviews and go elsewhere

I would highly recommend EvilControllers. We were looking for a controller for a child that is paralyzed on their left side due to a brain tumor. The child only has limited time with us and loves to play his playstation. I reached out to the company to see if they could help process our order ASAP and they quickly responded that they would get that taken care of for us. I truly appreciate a company that can still run their business with heart behind it! Thank you so much EvilControllers!

It was good but didn't receive any instructions with the controller. It's nit the same configuration like my ps4 so the button set up is different.

The options you have are insane and i love them. And the prices can't be beat.

2nd experience with EvilControllers. Both times I've benefits satisfied with the controllers. I'm planning on getting another one at some point as well.

Evil controllers helped me get back in to gaming after I lost the majority use with my left hand.

Stay away from this place you'll be sorry No customer service no response from no one scam company. There's a reason that there's no phone number

I make enough to buy from you. And don't mind it. For the price the face should be painted not a vinyl cut out sticker. But it's a good controller. I just don't think it's worth 300+ without mods.

The controller came exactly how I ordered it. Besides the fact that the controller doesn't charge, nor does it even turn in
