Buyer beware! I ordered 3 of the surprise bags to find a dress for an upcoming wedding. I recieved 9 of the same style dress in 4 different colors. Not that every bag was the same, but every dress within the bag. When reached out to customer service I got " Lucky bag order random color, anything can happen." Would not recommend unless you want 3 of the same style dress. I also left this review on the website with a one star and it has to be "approved."

Worst customer support ever I'm never going to order any dresses from every pretty dresses.
They don't state their time frame at the check out section for a custom size dress. How can it take more than a month to receive one dress? I'm now with no option left to wear for the Gender reveal party. I trusted them but they Even can't help with fast delivery process. The worst decision I've made in trusting their website.

As we are preparing for my son's wedding, my daughter ordered the long Lace Cap Sleeve Bridesmaid dress in her size from Amazon. Since it was too tight, she ordered a larger size directly from the Ever Pretty company. They mailed her a dress that had a large stain on the chest, numerous holes in the fabric, and pulled threads in the back. The tag was attached to the dress, but the dress looked like had been used, returned, and resold by Ever Pretty. My daughter sent back the dress and was able to receive a refund. However she was very upset by this disrespectful experience. Ever Pretty is trying to scam customers by holding their money and mailing out damaged merchandise.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS AND SAVE THE HEADACHE! First off, you have to pay for returns and they do not reimburse you. Worst quality of clothes, super cheap feeling and it just falls apart. Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I've never been spoken to so rudely on the phone by any company and if you ask to speak to a manager, they don't have one. They have to submit an escalation ticket and you MAY get a call in the next 48 hours.

I will forever be grateful for Ever-pretty.com!... I'm in an electric wheelchair and no other mother of the bride dress on any other website would help me...but ever pretty helped me and they are the nicest company ever!...my dress is a perfect fit!

I received a dress that had a rip just under the zipper. The dress is not discontinued is what they said and they are only able to refund me 30% which is not a lot compared to how much it cost.

Ordered a dress on 10/31. Checked tracking on 11/7. Dress had not been picked up. Call customer service only to find out the dress was out of stock until the 14th. I was expecting my dress to be delivered by the 10th. The gala that I needed the dress for was on the 11th. Customer service sent me an email apologizing that the dress was out of stock and MAYBE they'll be able to get me one expediated in time. At this point I can't assume.
I did pick another dress. It was a couple dollars more than my original (because the original one was on sale). She told me she would have to invoice me the difference. Are you kidding me? You have my back against the wall and inconvenienced me. No fault of mines and you want to invoice me? Seriously!.
So back to the original dress. Do you have it in a size bigger? "Out of stock!" Do you have it in a size smaller? "Out of stock!" But yet your website is saying all of these dresses are in stock.
At this point, I'm waiting on my refund and never plan on patronizing this company again.

I just received this dress that I thought looked pretty on line. It's terribly cheaply made. I am trying to return it but haven't heard a word from the several emails. They say they are based out of Irvine,California. I'm going to send it to Irvine and hope to God that they credit my credit card. Don't order from them

Their Customer service is horrible. I called several times right after I placed an order to update a shipping address during business hours they never answer the phone. Then I send them an email it took them several hours to reply. The agent said it was too late to get it corrected. USPS doesn't even have my package yet. They didn't try to help at all

I received a defective dress. The return policy states refunds will be issued, if the product is returned inside of 30 days. I requested their return address and since then all I have received is constant stalling and their refusal ro give the address. I have disputed the transaction through my bank.
Beware of this company

Poor customer service poor size guides unless your Asian poor quality avoid anything in this shop unless you want a nightmare.

The customer service is horrible and they give you a very short window to return the dresses. You are responsible for all shipping costs and packaging, etc. If you miss their "deadline," they will not refund your money. The dress was horrible quality and not attractive at all in person. Please do not waste your time or money!

The dress was beautiful but I will never buy anything from this company again! Dress was to small, contacted customer service and that went great. Sent it back. Dress was received Jan. 30th by them. Feb 10th I contacted customer service. They said they couldn't process my return without proof of sending it back with a tracking number. Thank goodness I had mine. What if I hadn't? The dress was supposed to come right back to the same address. They weren't going to send me my dress without it. Customer service said it was stated to me from the previous conversation with their colleague. I pulled that previous conversation up and no where did it state that. I copied and sent it back. All they could say was thank you for my patience and would send it back when they could.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. Looks to me like they were hoping I sent it back regular mail with no tracking so they could say sorry about my luck. They never notified me they had received it and made me pull the tracking to prove it even though it was sitting in their stock. They are rip off and scam artists! You will be out of luck with your money dealing with them.

I, like others, was nervous about ordering on line.
However the dress fits so very very well.
Absolutely great value.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Their sizing is sooo far off+ they make you pay for your own return shipping! Zero stars!

Bought a dress for my bf she didn't know what size would fit better. In the box no return label so I read contact them on website and you can pay for one. So I've filled out all the information and called and have left voicemails but no response! Beware buyers

They will not provide shipping address to return dresses. I'm out the cost of 3 dresses. HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Horrible customer service! They shipped an order that should've been cancelled! They refused to refund my shipping charges even though they had promised to do so. I decided to keep the item so I wouldn't loose my money but upon opening the package, I found defects (snags on the front) on the garment! I'm still waiting for a response for an exchange.

I love this dress! The plus size fit was perfect, slightly on the smaller size, but I ordered 1 size larger and it was perfect! The color was exactly as shown on the website, the quality was excellent, and it was fully lined too! It arrived too in 6 days. Thank you, will definitely buy from here again.
