Very smooth although I looked at tickets a week and a half apart and both times it said roughly 600 tickets were sold in the last hour and the available tickets hadn't varied at all in a week and a half so that message suggesting tickets are selling quick and you have to buy them while you still can is probably not based on fact but to try to push people to buy quick which is manipulative so that's not cool. You're already making a bunch of money off of other people's art so it's a super bummer to then be shady too.

Awful! I bought tickets to a show and didn't realize my friend had already bought me a ticket. So I went to return mine, because I paid almost $8 extra for the insurance. I called a number and got directed to another country answering phone calls. I could barely understand the man the connection was so terrible. He gave me some bogus "claim number" and I couldn't figure out what to do with it? I have emailed the company multiple times, no response. I also realized that I had paid 3x as much for my ticket through this site than my friend did. And when I looked two days later on their site, the tickets went up $20! Do NOT buy your tickets here!

We did not realize this was a site that charged double the price than the venue was charging and even that may have been something you could accept, however when checking out there is a huge service fee you do not see until the transaction is complete, We ended up paying over 360.00 for seats selling for 130.00 in the venue. Do not use this group! Do your research first and do not make the mistake we did.

I wanted to purchase 2 tickets, but was concerned about carrier delivery by signature vs. 1 ticket purchase delivery via mobile phone. I felt more secure for ticket delivery in that form. There likely will not be anyone home for mail carrier to sign for the tickets... very sad about that

Many artists and venues have regulations in place about distributing tickets only 24-48 in advance.
