Greatest show I've ever been to. Age ranged from 4 to 65 (myself 40) and the venue was not accommodating to that diverse clientele. I brought a collapsible stool that I was forced to leave outside. Seats were 300% more expensive than admission. It's tough for some of us to stand for 2 hours
I paid more than double what I would have at the door. Event Tickets Center is a total scam unless you want to pay more than double for your tickets. Don't use this site. They will only take advantage of you by taking your money thru add-on fees.
I was supposed to receive an email with my tickets on the 29th. I did not receive them so I called CustomerService on the 1st. The agent gave me a story about how things have changed since Covid and the venue doesn't use your system, etc, etc., and she will send an email requesting expedited tickets. Look, I paid your company for my tickets so any issues with your 3rd parties or the venue or whatever is your problem not mine. I still hadn't received my tickets 2 days after I called customer service so I sent an email and did get my tickets that afternoon 2 days before my event. I have used other companies for tickets and have never had this problem before.

Tickets were purchased on line and when my granddaughter and I arrived at the venue(MGM Fenway) we were told that our tickets had already been scanned and someone else was in our seats. The event was spectacular. We are happy to have gotten to attend. However, two of us could not make it. I had purchased protection with the confidence that if anything came up we could get a refund. However, when a mandatory work situation occurred to keep my two guests from attending, being called in for work was not covered to receive a refund. In the process of filing the claim I noticed the price was $39 per ticket. I paid $100 per ticket on this Event site plus $40 service fee plus the $18 protection. I feel misled. I went to the event and ask wher is the line, and they said: what kind of ticket you have? I show them and it says general and they said in the normal, next time if you want vip pay $60. I told them i paid $150 and they said that's impossible the price of each ticket its 50 general and $60 vip. So if i cn give you cero stars I definitely go for it. This is the word service ever.

I picked out a seat in the middle of the balcony and ended up with a seat at the back of the balcony. Plus I got an email saying the ticket would be delivered to my email- which it wasn't. I had to go into the app AMX or something, to get it. The whole process was un- intuitive and I got a different seat than the one I chose.

I started a dispute with my cc company and bought other tickets. The ticket email came at 1:42 pm. 10/18 I withdrew the dispute but your company sucks.
