We did not receive the tickets in time for the event. After sending multiple messages through the standard forms, reactions through the therefor intended channels and services and no one reacted I had to call customer service which took over twenty minutes because she forgot my information halfway through the conversation and she had to start all over again. Because we are not from the USA this conversation cost me more than the tickets themselves.

If there was a mobile app, I didn't see one. It appeared that I had to print up a paper ticket in Las Vegas and bring it - which for the scores of tourists buying tickets (like me) has got to be a bit of a problem. I had to go to the FedEX business center and pay to print up a page.
It would have been nice to have a mobile app with a scannable IR Code. I did get in - and my ticket worked, etc. So, there wasn't any trouble at the door. But having to have a paper ticket in this paperless world was a bit of a hassle.

Not As Simple to get a refund as it was for taking the Money. Show was canceled. Now I must go through layers of people only to tell me I must talk to someone else. Reason... they do not see the show as being canceled... so no show to see... and they keep the money... Oh what a Wonderful Experience...
This is the second time we seen them & love, love the show. But with that said, when they were talking and singing, we couldn't understand a word they said. We watch them on tv and they are so clear. For the price you pay, it should be very clear!

Gal, you purchased tickets in the 300 level and thats what was delivered. Our venue maps are up to date and clearly show sections in relation to the floor. Sorry you didn't enjoy the game.
At the time of booking the tickets, I felt that the service fees and delivery charges were ridiculously high bearing in mind they do practically nothing for this money.
Trying to get the tickets well what a joke that was. First they questioned my identity then they said I was Buyer Approved and still didn't send the tickets out. They don't reply to e-mails and show absolutely no evidence of any customer service.
I for one will never use Event Ticket Centre ever again and I suggest that if you are considering using them, that you cut your losses now and buy tickets elsewhere. Businesses like this don't deserve our business!

When we heard that Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica were coming a couple hours away from us; my husband and I sat down and talked about taking our son who is a huge fan of both groups! We have always told him if it was ever possible we would take him. Well don't want to disclose the full amount of tickets with fees and insurance but we NEVER thought we were selling body parts to fulfill a promise. My husband just retired from the military and I thought he was going to have a heart attack!
I did receive my tickets within 20 minutes of making the purchase --- just as the website said --- but I have to say I am very concerned about them being valid and the transaction not being duplicated. The reviews on this site are terrible and this scares me. I wish I'd of had another option to purchase tickets but I didn't see any.
