Bought Vegas NASCAR tickets through the website, easy to use, tickets were reasonable and I received the tickets that I was promised. Had to pick the tickets up because I bought them the day before the event, the area the office was in felt a little unsafe, but the girl at the office was very nice and got me out of there quickly.

They set up a website that looked just like the legitimate site for the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City which caused me to mistakenly buy through them at an inflated price. They first promised to mail the tickets and then a few days before the concert, promised that the tickets would be at the box office window. They were NOT at the box office and we had to purchase a second set of tickets to see the show.
To their credit, EventTicketsCenter did refund my credit card for the original purchase, but this experience made me furious. Not a total scam, but really terrible, terrible service.
I spent over $300 on tickets to go to GI show. The show got canceled so i called to get my money back and they told me i am not getting my money back. She told me that they don't control when shows get postponed. ThEY DON' T GIVE REFUNDS TO POSTPONED SHOWS. Watch out for that. So they force u to either go to the show, if you can, or to lose out on money, $300 like i will. I dont know if i will be able to go do to my work schedule. I do understand that they can't control when a show gets postponed. But who really thinks that a show will get canceled 2 weeks before they are supposed to have it. I was really excited that i got the tickets to go. But now since I don't know when the show will be and i don't know if i will be able to get the day off for it and already messed with my schedule to get the day off to go, i got ripped of for the tickets. They are ripping people off do not ever use them. She told me that i wasn't professional. Sorry but its not my job to be professional its THE SUPERVISORS job since shes working for the company. She doesn't need to work for stressful places if she cant handle the way people way talk to her. JUST A REMINDER THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR POSTPONED SHOWS. THEY R A RIP OFF.

Event Ticket Center is a third party vendor that bring ABSOULTELY NO VALUE to its customers. Dont bother! Buy your tickets direct from Ticketmaster. I made the mistake of buying tickets for a concert that was cancelled & rescheduled for a later date (that I could not attend). All my friends whom purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster were all granted full refunds (without questions asked) and paid $22 LESS than what I paid for my ticket. I was not granted a refund by Event Ticket Center and instead was told to re-sell your tickets on Ticketsalessupport.com. Well since the concert was cancelled and reschedule (with NO NOTICE from Event Ticket Center), it was too short notice and the website did not allow me to re-sell them. So I was stuck with 2 tickets with no refund or opportunity for re-sale.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE! I purchased tickets that were priced as $107 each ($30 more than what ticketmaster charges) but because this website said that they had closer seats available I was willing to pay the extra. 2 tickets ended up being $287.23 after ridiculous fees were added. The problem came when the customer service agent would not release the actual seat number to me, just the section and row.
She said that I had to wait for an email saying that the tickets were available (mind you - the charge was done while I was on the phone). So i waited and a hour and a half later I received an email saying that the tickets were not available and that they could offer me a $20 discount per ticket on a section that was extremely far away or a refund! I requested a refund and received no email response, so I called, the rep told me that I had to respond to the email, which was the seller. The email address was from *******@eventticketsco.com!
After being lied to by 2 reps and hung up on by one, I received an email from "customer support" that told me that I would get a refund within 7 days. I ended up purchasing tickets from ticketmaster (an actual ticket site that delivers your tickets IMMEDIATELY to you) and I am still waiting on my refund. Fyi they run more than one FAKE ticket company website so be careful!

So I asked the sale person to get me tickets to an event. I asked for a couple rows back from the front. I got me invoice and I was 30 rows back. They basically told me I was screwed and there was nothing they could do. I even bought the insurance they offered, and that did nothing for me either. A half hour went by after the purchase when I caught the mistake, and they took no responsibility for it. I just wanted them to move my seats and they couldn't do anything, I'm out $300... Bad business, I won't buy from them ever again.
My husband got ripped off by Ticket Event Center. He thought he was buying tickets for gypsy King from the direct site and misleadingly he was redirected to their site and paid twice as much for tickets that were not even sold out and they gave him the worst possible seats!

My husband was re-routed from Smiths Center to EventTickets.com what a rip off. For two $29.00 seating tickets he paid $354.00. Event Tickets could have made an easy extra $90.00 by selling the actual $132.00 each ticket as promised but no they scammed the money for the seats too and sold us $29.00 balcony tickets. Tickets were still available for purchase the day of the show. Of course the have a NO exchange or refund policy. Make sure to go directly to site selling tickets. Won't fall for again.
Sold me tickets advertised as VIP that were actually general admission. They don't honor their 200% guarantee. They have charge massive service fees--30% of their marked up price. They don't reveal ticket info after your purchase. You have to wait until they physically mail you the tickets do you find out what you're actually getting. Few friends and myself were ordering tickets to a truck show. First, they took $300 from her and didn't book tickets because the seats were already bought and their system didn't update it. Called and was told ordering online was the best option. Proceeded to order online, confirmed time, date and location. Received the tickets and the time was a different showing than agreed to.

This company misrepresents themselves as the ticket office of the venue I wanted without ever saying they are a second party seller. They charged 50% more for the ticket and then added a $53 "service charge" on top of that.
We ended up paying $100 more for each ticket. Absolute and total fraud. They even call you up to "record" you agreeing to their price and charges. We had no idea we were dealing with a fraudulent company, we thought we were getting tix from the actual venue.

This company charges double the original ticket cost. The e ticket delivery took up to three days for me to receive mine and only due to constant complaining. There customer service dept seems more trained to evade answers than to help w questions. They kept telling me to wait but when I asked to talk to a manager there was not one available for days. Finally I received a call back after three days I at this point was unwilling to go further with my purchase I asked for refund repeatly then I was told I b call back. They called back said my tickets were delivered and a refund was not allowed because they were delivered( only after days of phone conversation) this company is a bunch of crooks and I will never use them again recommended u do not also

I actually wish I could give 0 stars. This company should be ashamed of the rip-off to customers. The charge for E-tickets-$7 when the actual venue charges nothing. What should have been $135 tickets became $212. Someone needs to sue them for misrepresentation.
