They claim tickets were transferred. I never received them. Customer service is a joke. They put you on hold for 45 minutes before telling you that you will get a call back. While trying to track down my tickets I went through this exercise 4 times, they only called me back twice but had no resolution for me. Total scammers, run from these $#*!s.
