I recently lost my 29 yr old daughter and learned that Teresa Caputo was scheduled to be in Raleigh, NC. I HAD TO GO! I was able to located and purchase 2 tickets and I am very grateful.

For my first time using this website it was very simple
This was my first major purchase ($713) on tickets is i was excited to go to my first ever MLB game. I booked my hotel and rental car and everything just to never receive my tickets. Purchased in february and it is now may. My event is on the 29th. They kept saying "well you have 2 months" "well you have 1.5 months" "you have 1 month" well now i have less than 3 weeks and STILL have no tickets. I've searched everything they wanted. Have called over 10 times and have talked to representatives 4 of them times. Each time they claimed to resend the email and i never would receive an email with my tickets. This last time the representative told me "it's a courtesy if we resend them" but the fact is i NEVER received the email with them in the first place. I hate writing bad reviews but it has been 5 days since the last time i emailed and i still haven't received a response.
I would like a complete refund, my tickets, or i will blast you on every social media platform. Preferably my tickets.

After 5 emails, 3 phone calls of being on hold at least 30 minutes each time then leaving my number in a que where I have not received the "call back in the order it was received" except for the one call.
I still do not have my tickets for May 18th, today is May 9th and I bought the tickets 4/22!

Delivery times vary by seller and are chosen at their discretion. A timeframe closer to the date of the event is standard and should not be cause for concern. Hope this helps!
