I checked in on-line for the Pamela Mann concert three days ago. Every time i checked, the price changed. I was looking for great seats near the front because my mother has glaucoma which affects her ability to see well at 95 years old. We ended up in Row 7 so I pray she will be able to see. She loves Pamela Mann. Wheel chair assistance should be offered to customers when tickets are purchased. I just hope this will be a great experience for my mom. The process for obtaining tickets was quick and easy.

Myself and 4 other RN's are so excited to enjoy the comedy of nurse Blake after the past 2 difficult years. Ordering through the website was very easy and convenient and I loved the picture so we could see where the seats were located in relation to the stage. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the $35 service fee. I find the to be high for tickets that are already $100 or more.

Very disappointed that we purchased 3 tickets to see Silk Sonic in Las Vegas only to get an email that a refund will be issued the day of the show! When we called to find out what happened to our tickets, we were told that they didn't have the tickets, and that a refund would be issued in up to 10 days. Worse part is not only did we fly into Las Vegas just for the show (a mother's day present), but tickets were still available elsewhere. Unfortunately the ticket prices increased and we have to wait on our refund. I am highly disappointed and will never use them again!
