Was happy to get a 5% off code, only to see we were charged $10 each ticket (service fee) in addition to a $10 delivery fee - which is being sent to my email. There is no box office - we are forced to pay these fees. $30.00 extra dollars to process tickets bought online is outrageous.

This includes manipulating their reviews, so don't believe Google Reviews or their "guarantees." There are hundreds of documented complaints against this company. Avoid them at all costs!
