I accidently purchased Monster Jam tickets in the wrong city. Was originally told that purchase was final, no return or exchange by multiple sources, email and instant chat. Prior to this I attempted to call customer service and did not get through, but there was a auto call back feature that I agreed to. Received a call back from Customer Service "Kim", where I explained my situation and was a little stressed out about it. She said that She would try and get a manager to sign off on an exchange or at the very least an courtesy voucher for the amount of the fees. She worked probably an hour and a half, most of the time I was waiting on the phone. I later received a voucher for the amount of the original ticket price, less fees after transferring the tickets back to them. Was my error and I did not know that the purchase policy was so strict. However I'm grateful to Kim, who went the extra mile for me. I did purchase the tickets for the correct city.
Awesome the process went nice and smooth the process of selecting seat and making payment arrangements went well. Now just getting ready to print out tickets.
