It was easy to buy the tickets but did not appreciate being solicited three times after paying.
We never buy tickets so we did not realize that when we pulled up the first ticket seller for Disney on Ice at Hershey (Event Tickets Center) it would be such a rip off. We paid $600 for four tickets, which we don't have that type of money to waste, but it was the only gift for my daughter's 4th birthday. We were not happy about the price but we did it, only to find out later that ticket master sold the tickets for $28 instead, it would have costs us $150 for four. I contacted ETC and they would not do anything about it. They said we could sell our tickets but in order to sell them, we needed to offer them at a significantly lower price. We were not successful in selling them. The event is this weekend and we just went to claim our tickets and they actually transfer them to Ticketmaster, showing how much cheaper the tickets are if we would have just gone through them, a huge slap in the face. I cannot believe they get away with doing this to families. I understand I should have done more research, but again, we don't go to events like this often, I had no clue that a "legit" ticket company would rip off families this bad.
This website is fraudulent. I purchased tickets for an event in October back in March. Order state shipping by august which never arrived. In october a few days before the event, they send a delivery (supposedly with the tickets) but unfortunately i wasn't home until the day of the event so couldn't sign for receive. They had almost 1 year to ship the tickets with a promise of shipping them by august and they decide to ship this just before the event? Further so far they been unhelpful in sorting out their mess and refunding me. I would not recommend and i'm fairly sure these guys are scammers.
Edit 10/26 - The tickets were delivered via the delivery method defined with the tickets purchased. FedEx delivered the tickets 3 times and the customer was unavailable to receive them. This issue has since been resolved with the customer.
