I purchased tickets for Nov 19,2021, Ruben Blades in Oakland CA-******* - 2hr drive from our home- they never emailed tickets or send a QR code to my email- I called after two hours and nobody picked up and I didn't have a ticket information. I ended up buying my 4 tickets at ticket master they did the job! For the same event because the Event ticket center scammers never send me the QR code - We got to the concert with the help of Ticketmaster I'd been holding for an hour and days trying to get my money back for a while and nobody will not call me back and all they laugh at me --- Total scam! We need a class action lawsuit- looks like this happens all the time! ------I see all these comments on how they didn't get their tickets that happened to us...

Update 1/13/23 - The tickets were transferred the day after they were purchased. The customer filed a credit card chargeback and it was closed in the merchant's favor. They later claimed their wallet/card were stolen, yet they say they repurchased tickets from Ticketmaster for the event. We have no further recourse with the customer.
