This was a quick and easy process! Did not take long at all! I am very pleased with how easy it was.
I made and error and ordered 3 tickets for an event on 2-18 that I wished to attend in Pittsburgh. However I mistakenly booked the same event on the same date and time but in Phoenix AZ. Within 5 minutes of me posting the transaction to my AMEX I was on the phone to customer service to cancel the transaction. THEY REFUSED. Their policy was that I could get a voucher for the amount for another event or post the tickets for resale. Since I will not be traveling to Phoenix from Pittsburgh PA to attend a concert with my daughter and grandson neither of the offered solutions were acceptable. Despite my efforts they refused to escalate my call up the chain and said that I had 2 options PERIOD. I filed and additional complaint but I have no expectation of any result from this company. After exhausting all of my options with the vendor I contacted AMEX and lodged a dispute. The item had not been yet posted so I will have to wait until it does post.
