My wife purchased tickets for my birthday back in 2020 before Covid restrictions. By the time the concert happened it was canceled due to Covid. It was a year before we received a voucher. We did not know a voucher had been sent and it honestly fell under the radar. We recently inquired about the tickets being refunded as the event was not rescheduled. We were told about the voucher and that it expired and that we were not going to be reimbursed. I would advise anyone looking for tickets to look elsewhere if possible or risk losing your money.
