My wife purchased tickets for my birthday back in 2020 before Covid restrictions. By the time the concert happened it was canceled due to Covid. It was a year before we received a voucher. We did not know a voucher had been sent and it honestly fell under the radar. We recently inquired about the tickets being refunded as the event was not rescheduled.
