I thought I was purchasing tickets from the venue itself. I was tricked by this site coming up first when I googled the venue and show. I didn't realize I was not at the venue's site until after I paid and the event tickets center logo popped up to ask me to rate my experience. I checked the cost of tickets at the venue and they are half the cost of what I paid through Event Tickets/Event Bright. I called the second after I purchased the tickets/realized my mistake and there is no refund available. I am very frustrated and disappointed and will be more careful with reading the URL next time. I plan to pass this on to all my friends.
