This company should be ashamed of them selves for ripping off hard working Citizens, I paid over 200 dollars on there website, for 3 tickets that I could have purchased for the event holder at there website. When I put in the event online it rerouted me to the Event Tickets Center website. I should have know something was wrong when they wouldn't give me my seating, until after I paid and the outrageous service fees. How do you people sleep at night, after ripping off people big time, I went the event holder website, to see that these tickets were purchased for 25.50 per set, I don't understand how companies like this can operate legally. I know i'll never get my money back, but if this can help some other poor sucker, hope you crocks have a good life. I WILL NEVER EVER PRUCHASE AT THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I used this companies website to purchase baseball game tickets. The tickets I was sent were not for the same day I selected through the process. They would not refund and take back the tickets so that I could purchase the correct day. The more I thought about it the more I am positive I selected the right day, yet there customer service representatives were rude in placing the blame solely on me. Their customer support phone number said it was disconnected when I called. So I used their live chat. The representatives I chatted with, especially one of them, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He/She completely ignored my multiple requests for a supervisor. The company is a scam and there needs to be some guidelines and rules about how they do business. There seems to be none.
Following an investigation, it has been determined that the website did not make an error and the seller delivered the tickets the customer purchased. Once a seller's inventory is sold it is immediately removed from all distribution channels. This is why most ticketing sites have an All Sales Are Final policy. There is no scam, the order was fulfilled as promised. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the experience!

I went to Will Call to pick up my Clint Black tickets per the instructions from Event Tickets Center and found not only were the tickets total cost 180%+ above what others paid who purchased via the venue, but that they were general emission ONLY rather than the good seats that I was promised when I purchased them 4 months in advance! Also, to make matters worse I had to wait at Will Call for almost an hour before finally getting the tickets. Horrible experience.
