I bought two tickets for $80 per ticket. In the purchase process I expected to be able to choose my seats in the theater. Unfortunately I ended up going through the purchase process only to learn that the seats they assigned me we the very last row. I called to see if I could change the seats and was told that all sales are FINAL! I would have to sell my tickets, incurring a service charge, if I no longer wanted them. By the way, those $80 tickets? The total should have been $160 right, well, the charge that appeared on my credit card was $217! By the way, at no time during the purchase process was I told the transaction was non-refundable or non-change able. This company is an outright scam. Use any other service to purchase tickets, avoid this one at all costs.
