I purchased tickets for a basketball game and received confirmation then I was charged. However, a few days later, I received an email notifying me that my selected seats were no longer available. They offered a replacement, which wasn't as good as the original seats I had reserved. Frustrated, I initially requested a refund but few minutes later decided to accept the replacement seats. They assured me the new tickets would be sent promptly, but unfortunately, they never arrived. Despite their promise, I didn't receive any emails or calls regarding the cancellation or updates on the tickets. I called their customer service and they said I still need to wait as they still working on it. As the event day approached, I anxiously awaited communication, but no one reached out to provide any updates. It's incredibly disappointing to prepare for an event and then find out there are no tickets available. Beware of this company!
Easy to order but not sure where the tickets are other than a certain section
Purchasing tickets was easy...only thing I didn't like was instead of showing me where the tickets were (by seat) I was just shown the section.
Price picked out started at $86 and ended up costing $370 dollars
Price changed as soon as I confirmed. Never saw where my seats were other than the row.
