As a person that doesn't go to concerts all the time I find the system of ordering tickets online very confusing and I feel like event tickets duped me for an additional $500 when I could've just gone straight to Ticketmaster. I paid a total of $2000 for floor seats and I see them on Ticketmaster for $500 apiece.
