Dream of Lifetime! Purchased 3 tickets to the Rose Bowl Parade 2024. Have wanted to attend for about 49 years. Finally going with my son who attends the University of Michigan and my younger son who will hopefully be a Michigan Wolverine next year. Purchased bowl game tickets Saturday night after UofM win and Georgia's unfortunate loss. Looking forward to an awesome event to share with my 2 sons. Truly great experience booking the parade tickets so quickly and hopefully picking awesome viewing area for the parade.

I had reason to speak to a customer service representative and they were very helpful. My only concern are the people from India. I have a hearing problem and I simply cannot understand an Indian accent over the phone. They are friendly and try but they might as well be speaking Hindi. Instead of having English and Spanish as choices you need to have English, Spanish and Indian accent so people can understand waht is being said.
