The site could be a bit more mobile friendly. I also paid for tickets to attend NF concert at the oak mountain amphitheater and it was canceled day before concert. I do not care to see many performers and I was very upset to find out that my voucher has expired so now I have had to pay a second time!

If the concert was canceled, you should be eligible for a refund. However, if it was just rescheduled and your tickets were valid for the next date you should be able to resell your tickets!
