We purchased 2 tickets for a show in March of 2024 and 4 days later we were notified that the event was rescheduled for October 2024 (7 months later). We are moving out of the city, where the event was to take place, at the beginning of June. We notified them immediately, but they only provided us with a link to resell the tickets (meaning they get paid a processing fee twice) at a loss to us. They assured us the tickets would still be good, but what good does that do if we can't go? We are now expected to travel from one city to another? Initially we were told that no refunds were authorized but I discovered that the venue did in fact authorize refunds. When I sent them the proof of refunds being authorized they decided to offer me a $55 refund of a $465 purchase. I suppose they thought we would be able to attend now? They failed to understand, or acknowledge, the fact that we are moving away from the city. Far away. Their advertisement of 100% satisfaction guarantee is false advertisement. Now, like so many others, we must file a complaint with the BBB in order to receive a refund. Also, their ticket prices are twice that of anyone else.
