I had to get help by phone and that person was good but even said that many people were having the same issue with the website that I had. Please have the website designers talk to your help desk people so they can make using your website simpler and easier to use.

The ticket purchase was easy. I would have liked to have had a more detailed seating and row sample to choose from. I think that is up to the venue though for more detailed info.
