After over a half an hour of passwords and codes I think I need to go to Ticketmaster website and try to get tickets with a bar code. So far not successful! I am exhausted from the ludicrous experience.
I learned my lesson in a very expensive way. Never let your daughter order tickets on your phone and use your credit card. It is clearly stated that this is a not the venue its a resale market place. Unfortunately all sales are final. She bought 4 tickets, plus mark up and delivery fee (for a electronic ticket) for $559! Meanwhile at the venue, the seats are $35 each! With no mark up and no delivery fee! Highway robbery! $140 plus tax.
I will never use this company and I will tell anyone I know NOT to use this company.

I purchased tickets for the Golden State Ballet Nutcracker for me and my daughters. Turns out I purchased for the wrong date.
I tried to contact customer service and unlike other sites, Ticketmaster, AXE, Stubhub, they were literally nowhere to be found. Somehow through two days of persistence, I found an angle.
Unlike other sites, I could just third party sell them. I had to go through their site and it's one I have never heard of. This, I was unable to sell 7 tickets that were in high demand and electronically deliverable because Event Tickets took my listing down a day ahead claiming that they wanted to give buyers enough time to obtain tickets. They are electronically delivered!
So now I am out $1100 and nobody is getting to use the site as there is not even an option to transfer the tickets to friends for free. Few options and difficult to navigate. I got screwed and I'm not a novice user.

Awful! I bought tickets to a show and didn't realize my friend had already bought me a ticket. So I went to return mine, because I paid almost $8 extra for the insurance. I called a number and got directed to another country answering phone calls. I could barely understand the man the connection was so terrible. He gave me some bogus "claim number" and I couldn't figure out what to do with it? I have emailed the company multiple times, no response. I also realized that I had paid 3x as much for my ticket through this site than my friend did. And when I looked two days later on their site, the tickets went up $20! Do NOT buy your tickets here!
