Μας είχαν στη reception της Europcar στο αεροδρόμιο Ελ. Βενιζέλος για την παραλαβή του οχήματος για μισή ώρα λέγοντας μας ότι θα μας κάνουν αναβάθμιση οχήματος στο τέλος μας έδωσαν το ίδιο που είχα κλείσει. Δεν είχαν αυτοκίνητα και οι υπάλληλοι ρωτούσαν ο ένας τον άλλον. Το αμάξι ήταν άριστο και καινούργιο. Οι υπάλληλοι στο parking είχαν άψογη συμπεριφορά.
Ολα ήταν μια χαρά! Μόνο μια διευκρίνιση... Δεν γνώριζα ότι χρειάζομαι πιστωτική κάρτα τραπέζης για να ενοικιάσω όχημα καθώς δεν το είχα ξανακάνει, οπότε καλό θα ήταν, μιας και μιλήσαμε στο τηλέφωνο 2 φορές, να με ρώτουσατε για να επιβεβαιωθείτε ότι το γνωρίζω ή όχι, πριν φτάσω εκεί μεσα στη μάυρη νύχτα και ψάχνουμε να βρούμε λύσεις... Κατά τα άλλα όλα μια χαρά!
Η εξυπηρέτηση στην Europcar ήταν πέρα από τα συνηθισμένα, ειναι η εμπειρία ενοικίασης του μέλλοντος σήμερα. Ακόμη και στην επιστροφή του οχήματος, στο οποίο σημείωσα ζημιά η αντιμετώπιση του Βαλαντη ήταν άκρως επαγγελματική και φιλική ταυτόχρονα. Σίγουρα η Europcar θα είναι πλέον η επιλογή μου

Bardzo dobra wypożyczalnia. Mają nowe duże klimatyzowane biuro blisko lotniska Chania. Przyjemnie załatwia się wszystkie formalności. Samochód który otrzymaliśmy był totalnie nowy. Spędziliśmy w nim super wakacje jeżdżąc i zwiedzając wyspę. Gorąco polecam.

Alles in Ordnung. Bei der Übernahme wird auf jeden kleinen Steinschlag an der „Bodenleiste" geachtet, ist das nicht etwas zu übertrieben, bei uns war alles okay, aber wir sind der Meinung dass dies normaler Verschleiß ist.

Il est vrai que depuis que nous avons repris l'opération Europcar en Grèce (01/10/2021), nous mettons tout en œuvre pour offrir à nos clients des expériences de voyage exceptionnelles à chaque fois qu'ils utilisent notre service. Cependant, la réglementation de l'aéroport nous interdit d'afficher des panneaux dans l'aéroport ou le hall d'arrivée. Même si le bon que vous avez reçu contenait toutes les instructions.

Nell'insieme esperienza positiva, peccato che l'auto avesse meno di 4 mesi di vita e avesse già problemi di frizione dovuti molto probabilmente ad usi precedenti in modo sbagliato.

On regrette qu'il n'y ait pas de bureaux à l'aéroport. Pas facile de trouver le chauffeur qui nous a conduit à la base europcar à qques km de là. Très bon accueil professionnel une fois arrivés.

Tinha caixa automática, mas sem sensores de estacionamento a que estava habituado.
Reservei Jeep e foi um Citroen. Mais fraco.
