We received a really nice car. It was definitely worth it to rent a car vs. using taxis as we are a family of five and there is a large surcharge taxis that carry more than three people.

The car I received was very large and consumed a lot of fuel. I would have preffered a smaller more fuel efficient car. Pickup at Thessaloniki airport was a bit complicated because the locationi for Europcar was incorrect in Google maps.

The staff was perfect, kind and competent!
They were very punctual both on arrival at the airport and also when they took us back to leave at the end of the rental.
The car was very clean inside and out.
The only thing I didn't like is that the car didn't go very well, it didn't have good road holding, perhaps because the wheels weren't new or because they were very worn. In the corners we had to be very careful and go very slowly to avoid drifting.

As it appears we didn't meet your expectations in your case although your reservation was served with a Nissan Pulsar, in very good condition, with brand new tires fitted at the start of the season in April 22. As a result of your feedback, we will inform the Fleet manager to check the driving safety of the vehicle, to prevent similar situations from happening in the future.

Over all excellent with great service, except the instruction for collection was wrong as they indicated that need to go to departures instead of arrival and there was no reference to Parking 5, where the pick up was supposed to be.
