Hello, I signed contract with this company. I can reccomend you to not do that. The company automatically renews the contract to next year and tries to force you to pay for the next year the amoun of few thousand euro. The customers feedback is NONE. Basically you pay for nothing. I highly do not reccomend cooperation with this company.

Beware of Europages!

In April, I signed a contract with them to create a profile and translate it into the languages specified in the contract. To this day, the translation has not been done, nor has the advertisement stipulated in the contract. Therefore, in consultation with my lawyer, I have terminated the agreement with immediate effect.

The representative claimed that this was not possible because the contract is for 12 months, whereas the contract allows for termination in case of delays.

The profile is still active, they continue to send invoices, and they do not respond to any of the emails.

I am convinced that this service will not yield any useful inquiries, and seeing the quality of the communication, I have no confidence that this will change in the future.

The only good solution is to avoid this company and not enter into a contract with them!

I subscribed their service for one year and after that they increased the price without my authorization. I decided to cancel my subscription but they said that "it's too late for that, you had to said that one month before your contract ends.' So I have to pay their new fee for every month and I can't even stop them because my card in their system and there is no way to delete that. It started well but end like a nightmare.

As another person described, this website is all about fraud. Stay away and find different ways to create leads to your products!

I like that their reply states that I'm not in their system. It's the easiest way to confirm u are a fraud and nothing more.

Our company in south Korea just launched new websites. We really needed ways to promote the website and to get more new clients. Now we can get lots of clients through Europages and get much traffic on Google.
I strongly recommend this service.

We, as Silcap Silicone Kitchenware, are the manufacturer of silicone products in Turkey and our main market is the Europe. We began to use Europages platform at the beginning of 2021, the COVID-19 epidemic duration. Even there was no face-to-face global exhibition, we succeeded to reach a lot of leads under favor of Europages. The many of these leads was changed to customers. On the other hand, we could enlarging our brand recognation(The stats are enclosed in the below).

As a small company we had excellent contacts and have good feedback for europages and would not hesitate to recommend it to any SME, they are a legit company with their HQ based in Paris and are part of the Visable group. BTW ask for "the Joe" he's really competent and friendly.

Wanting to explore a wider range of customer base we tried Euro Pages for our mattress recycling operation in Birmingham, United Kingdom and have thus far found it working very well.

We are of lucky ones that didn't fall for Europages' extortion scam, nevertheless I want to inform anyone who wants to do business with them to be extremely careful!

Everything starts once you setup your company profile and have the misfortune of clicking on the "Ask for our Plus plans" button. After that, they'll start calling and emailing you to arrange a meeting so they can sell you their Plus plan. At the online meeting, they present it very well, they show graphs, examples of successful companies, etc. They tell you that you'll get tons of messages from potential buyers and your business will be booming! Sounds great right? And how much does that cost? Over €2000 for 1 year period which is their "entry" plan. Oh and best part is, they'll try to force you into signing a contract in very short timeframe, so you don't have time to do your research first. If you think that's not so bad, oh boy, you should read the TOS on the contract they send you afterwards! This is one of the most predentary agreements you'll read your whole life. If you think you'll pay for 1 year - you're mistaken, the cancellation of their service is worded in such a way, that 99% of people will pay for a second year without even knowing it and at a higher price than originally stated in the contract! Also, their TOS states that Visable, which is their parent company, takes 0 responsibilities and do not have to provide you with anything, besides 5-6 translations of your company/product information they request. Moreover, we've talking with other companies and learnt that sometimes they don't even do that, they just ghost you after you pay them.

At this point you're like "WTF, this is crazy, I'll just stop communication with them, etc, etc...". Though luck, you'll no longer be able to use Europages for your company. They'll leave your account active, but will delete your company page out of spite that you didn't fall for their scam. Not that it's a big loss, but it's the icing on the cake.
